Seven SPEED :: TERMS & CONDITIONS

The products sold by Seven Speed Ltd should always be used in their intended way.  We recommend careful fitment of mechanical and bodywork components.  These should be carried out by professionals suitable to the task.

Goods ordered by the buyer may not be compatible with vehicles which have been modified, adapted or altered. Where goods ordered by the buyer are not compatible by reason of modification, adaptation or alteration, Seven Speed Ltd may accept such goods back into stock entirely at its discretion, and shall either issue a refund or credit to the buyer except where goods are custom ordered for the buyer, where no such refund or credit will operate.

Seven Speed Ltd accepts no responsibility for the use of products or the way in which they have been installed after sale.

Seven Speed Ltd accepts no liability for costs incurred in fitment of faulty goods.  All goods should be thoroughly checked prior to installation.

All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to terms contained therein.  Purchasers are reminded to complete and return all warranty cards/documents upon receipt of goods where appropriate.

Website information and samples on display are indicative only, and any specifications, sizes, measurements etc. have been prepared by the manufacturers and are for guidance only.  Buyers are therefore required to check current specifications, colours, sizes, measurements etc. with Seven Speed Ltd prior to order, as manufacturers may alter specifications to improve products.  Manufacturers also reserve the right to amend specifications, without notice, in order to improve products and Seven Speed Ltd will endeavour to inform the buyer of any such amendment or change.

Advice given by employees of Seven Speed Ltd during telephone/Internet orders is based entirely upon information given by the buyer with no inspection undertaken.  As such, all advice given is indicative only and all such advice should be checked by the purchaser prior to order.

 

Delivery and Returns

Delivery Costs
The amount you will pay for delivery will be calculated by the site before you complete your payment. When making multiple purchases, please email carl@sevenspeed.co.uk to arrange discounted shipping costs

The delivery costs calculated are for the UK only.  For Europe, USA and Canada, rest of the world please email prior to ordering to arrange shipping costs.

Estimated Delivery Times
All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order (except on weekends and public holidays, when they will be despatched on the first working day thereafter).  A confirmation of despatch email will then be sent to you. 

If we are in the unfortunate position of being out of stock on any items ordered, you will be contacted by phone or email with details of estimated delivery times.  If this delivery time is unacceptable, we will issue a full and immediate refund. 

On certain special order items, such as Raceseats, there may be a short lead time for manufacturing.  Where this is the case, Seven Speed Ltd will contact you with a delivery date to confirm your order acceptance.

Delivery Issues
If after a week your order hasn't been delivered, please email us with your order number and details.  We will then be able to track your item, and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If your goods arrive damaged, depending on the value of the product we will require proof of damage.  Please contact us by email to discuss any problems and we will resolve the matter with you. 

Returns
Please choose your products carefully, as we are unable to refund postage & packing costs on returned items.

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange if they are returned within 7 days of receipt.  This is subject to the following conditions:

Seven Speed Ltd are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. Products are not provided by Seven Speed Ltd on a trial basis.  Any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 5 days of receipt.  Please note that Seven Speed Ltd cannot be held responsible for incompatibility issues or accept any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss no matter how incurred.
